Nicholas Armando Roman, one of the Attorney General Gentner Drummond's 10 Most Wanted fugitives, has been apprehended in Michigan. Roman, 20, is accused of indecent or lewd acts with a child and was captured shortly after being added to the list.

"This arrest demonstrates our steadfast effort to bringing those who commit crimes against children to justice, no matter where they try to hide," said Drummond. "I commend the diligent work of our investigators and our law enforcement partners who collaborated across state lines to ensure this individual will face the charges against him."

The Attorney General’s Office investigators discovered that Roman had moved to Michigan. Records showed he obtained a Michigan driver's license in October 2024 and might have been working at a construction company in Northport, located on Lake Michigan's shores.

In coordination with the Leelanau County Sheriff's Office in Michigan, the Attorney General's Office successfully located and arrested Roman. He was wanted on a warrant issued in Oklahoma County in 2022.
