Two individuals have been added to Attorney General Gentner Drummond's 10 Most Wanted list, one for assaulting an officer and the other for lewd acts with a child. The public is being asked to assist in their capture.

"We're asking Oklahomans to help provide information that can lead to the capture of two dangerous individuals. These suspects have no place walking free in our communities," said Drummond. "Through strong partnerships with federal, tribal, state and local law enforcement, we will continue pursuing fugitives from justice until they face the consequences of their alleged crimes."

Jayson Geoffrey Evans, 50, is considered armed and dangerous. He is wanted for assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do harm in Indian Country and eluding a police officer in Indian Country. The Attorney General’s Office is collaborating with the FBI and the Chickasaw Lighthorse Police Department to locate Evans. A reward of up to $7,000 is offered for information leading directly to his arrest.

Nicholas Armando Roman, 20, faces charges for indecent or lewd acts with a child following an incident involving a young girl in 2022. A reward of up to $2,000 is available for information leading to his arrest. Agents from the Attorney General’s Office are working alongside the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office on this case.

Since its inception in September, the 10 Most Wanted program has led to the capture of eight fugitives. Information regarding Evans' or Roman's whereabouts can be reported by contacting the OAG’s Tipline at (405) 343-8107 or emailing OKMostWanted@oag.ok.gov.
