Foley & Lardner LLP is proud to have earned a perfect score on The Human Rights Campaign’s 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) in recognition of the firm’s enduring commitment to promoting LGBTQ+ friendly workplace policies.

The Human Rights Campaign’s CEI is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices, and benefits related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality, developed by America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for LGBTQ+ people. It assesses companies on detailed criteria that fall under four central pillars:

  • Non-discrimination policies across business entities
  • Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families
  • Supporting an inclusive culture
  • Corporate social responsibility
Foley’s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria garnered the firm a perfect score of 100 and the designation as a recipient of the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
