A Youngstown, Ohio resident has been sentenced to 45 months in federal prison for his role in the distribution of fentanyl, fluorofentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine. This announcement was made by United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan.

The sentence was handed down by Senior United States District Judge Arthur J. Schwab to William McCree, aged 21. In addition to the prison term, McCree is required to serve three years of supervised release following his incarceration.

Before sentencing, it was revealed that McCree trafficked 35 grams of fentanyl, five grams of fluorofentanyl, 50 grams of cocaine, and 30 grams of methamphetamine between May 2021 and October 2022. During part of this period, he was out on bond for a pending state drug trafficking charge in Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
