William Drew Sullivan, a 34-year-old resident of McAlester, Oklahoma, has been sentenced to 100 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute fentanyl. The announcement was made by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
The case stemmed from an investigation conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Krebs Police Department. Sullivan pleaded guilty to the charge on July 15, 2024. Investigators reported that during a routine traffic stop on January 3, 2024, officers found Sullivan in possession of two cell phones, a scale, and two baggies containing fentanyl.
Chief U.S. District Judge Ronald A. White presided over the sentencing hearing at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Sullivan will remain in custody under the U.S. Marshals Service until he is transported to a designated United States Bureau of Prisons facility to serve his sentence without parole.
