Another fugitive from Attorney General Gentner Drummond's 10 Most Wanted list has been captured. On the evening of January 3, Donovan Ray was arrested by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in Bryan County. Earlier that day, the tipline for the 10 Most Wanted received over 30 tips about his potential location.
Ray, aged 33, faces charges in Atoka County for the rape of a 12-year-old girl in 2017. His capture is noted as the seventh arrest since the launch of the 10 Most Wanted site in September.
Attorney General Drummond stated, "The fugitives on the 10 Most Wanted list are serious threats to public safety. The list is aimed at enlisting the help of Oklahomans so these individuals can face accountability for their alleged crimes."
