Fox Rothschild congratulates Rachelle M. Bin, who is among 15 women recognized by the New Jersey Law Journal on its 2024 “Women Attorneys of the Year” list.
The feature highlights women in the Garden State “who have made an impact in the profession in the past two years.”
Bin, the first woman to serve as General Counsel for Fox, told New Jersey Law Journal that this is one of her proudest achievements. “Few women ascend to such a high level at such a large firm… I am honored to serve as a role model for other professional women.”
Bin oversees the firm’s legal functions throughout the United States, providing risk management, ethics and compliance advice to the firm’s attorneys. She oversees a team of 20 attorneys and business professionals.
Bin cultivates ethical vigilance and accountability at the firm by encouraging open dialogues. She empowers attorneys at all levels to uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, safeguarding the firm's reputation in the process.
As a leader in the firm, Bin encourages a culture of collaboration. She tells the New Jersey Law Journal that, to her, making a difference means developing more meaningful connections with her team. She partners with her group to integrate risk management into all aspects of the firm’s operations.
She explained, “I work hard every day to foster an environment where my attorneys and business professionals can grow both professionally and personally. By nurturing their careers and sharing credit whenever possible, I empower them to make informed decisions that protect our firm. Ultimately, it’s about contributing to a positive, collaborative and successful work culture.”
In the past 18 months, Bin and her team have successfully helped more than 160 attorneys, including 42 partners, integrate into the firm.
Bin is also a member of Fox’s DEI Council, where she advises leadership on how to best advance the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives while complying with applicable laws.
