Timothy Robert Wilson, a 38-year-old resident of Clarksburg, West Virginia, has been sentenced to 92 months in federal prison. The sentencing is related to charges of distributing five grams or more of methamphetamine.
Court documents and statements revealed that Wilson was involved in selling methamphetamine in the Clarksburg area. He has previous convictions for drug trafficking, battery, and domestic battery.
Following his prison term, Wilson will be subjected to four years of supervised release.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon Flower on behalf of the government. The investigation was carried out by the Greater Harrison Drug Task Force, a program funded by HIDTA.
The proceedings were overseen by Chief U.S. District Court Judge Thomas S. Kleeh.
