The role also involves ensuring proper assignment of cases to judicial officers according to district plans and recording case proceedings into the court's system. Additionally, it includes managing financial transactions within the Clerk of Courts Office.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license or equivalent mobility evidence. If assigned recording duties, certification as an electronic court reporter by AAERT or an equivalent state or federal certification is required within one year.

Knowledge requirements include understanding general office procedures and legal terminology. Skills needed encompass interpersonal communication adaptable to diverse individuals and proficiency in software programs used by the office.

Physical requirements are characterized as light work involving occasional exertion up to 20 lbs., frequent exertion up to 10 lbs., or negligible constant force.
