Three-judge panels from the Minnesota Court of Appeals are scheduled to hear oral arguments in Duluth and Rochester on Thursday, September 14. The sessions will be open to the public.
In Duluth, proceedings will commence at 10 a.m. in the County Board Room of the St. Louis County Courthouse located at 100 N 5th Ave West.
Meanwhile, in Rochester, oral arguments are set to begin at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 5C of the Olmstead County Government Center at 151 4th St SE.
