In New Ulm, proceedings will commence at 9:45 a.m. in Room 305 of the Brown County Courthouse, located at 14 S. State St. Meanwhile, in Rochester, arguments will begin at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 5B of the Olmstead County Government Center at 151 4th St SE.
