The trial regarding the 2022 Legislative Districting of the State is scheduled to commence on March 23 at 10 a.m. It will be held at the Court of Appeals of Maryland, located at 361 Rowe Blvd, Annapolis, MD.
Presiding over the trial will be Special Magistrate Alan M. Wilner. The proceedings will be available for viewing via a webcast on the Court of Appeals web page. However, rebroadcasting is not allowed without permission from the Court of Appeals, which can be requested through Government Relations and Public Affairs (GRPA).
Seating within the courtroom is limited. Media representatives wishing to attend in person should reach out to GRPA for arrangements. An additional conference room equipped with a webcast will function as an overflow space if necessary.
