Maryland court receives four petitions for legislative districting review

The Court of Appeals of Maryland has received four petitions concerning the 2022 Legislative Districting. These petitions, identified as Misc. Nos. 24, 25, 26, and 27, were submitted by the deadline on February 10, 2022.

The State's response to these petitions is expected from the Office of the Attorney General of Maryland by February 15, 2022, at 4:30 p.m.

A virtual scheduling conference will be conducted by the Special Magistrate on February 17, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. This meeting will address various matters related to the case.
