The Court of Appeals of Maryland has agreed to hear the case Prince George’s County v. Robert E. Thurston, et al., following a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari. The case has been added to the regular docket as No. 63, September Term, 2021. The Court has also set an expedited briefing schedule:

- February 18: Deadline for e-filing appellant’s briefs and printed record extracts

- February 25: Deadline for e-filing appellees’ briefs

- March 1: Deadline for e-filing appellant’s reply brief

Oral arguments are scheduled for Friday, March 4, 2022, and will be webcast on the Court of Appeals’ website at https://www.courts.state.md.us/coappeals/webcasts.
