Maryland court issues new guidelines for juvenile cases during COVID-19

On April 13, 2020, Maryland Court of Appeals Chief Judge Mary Ellen Barbera issued an administrative order for circuit courts functioning as juvenile courts in the state. The order provides guidance during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
