Eleven individuals are set to celebrate their achievements in sobriety and the successful completion of a rigorous court-monitored program at the Howard County District Court. This event marks the 27th bi-annual graduation for the adult drug and DUI treatment court. Since its inception in 2004, approximately 225 participants have graduated from this program.
The ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at 4:30 p.m. in Courtroom 5 of the Howard County District Court located at 3451 Courthouse Dr., Ellicott City. The presiding judge for this occasion will be Howard County District Judge Ricardo D. Zwaig.
