A pre-trial motions hearing is scheduled for the case of State of Maryland v. Alicia White, Edward Nero, Garrett Miller, and Brian Rice. The hearing will take place on January 20, 2016, at 2 p.m., presided over by Judge Barry G. Williams.

The location for the hearing is the Circuit Court for Baltimore City at Courthouse East, situated at 111 N. Calvert Street, Courtroom 234 in Baltimore.

Media representatives are advised that a limited number of seats will be reserved for them on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who registered for the Porter trial do not need to register again. Representatives must arrive by 12:30 p.m. to secure seating.

Overflow seating with a live closed-circuit audio/video feed will be available as space permits. Electronic devices are prohibited inside both the courtroom and overflow room. Photography and videography are also banned within the courthouse premises.

A designated media room will allow electronic device usage; however, interviews must occur outside the courthouse boundaries.

Parking restrictions around the courthouse will be enforced strictly, and a staging area for media trucks is set up at City Hall Plaza.
