The Windsor Superior Court in White River Junction will temporarily close its clerk's office to the public on October 31 and November 1, 2024. During this period, paperwork can be filed by dropping it off with security at the entrance.
Starting Monday, November 4, the Windsor Superior Court and Judicial Bureau in White River Junction will undergo renovations for a period of 12 to 18 months. Most operations of the Superior Court will relocate to Windsor Superior Court at 12 The Green in Woodstock, Vermont. "You may continue to contact the Superior Court utilizing 802-295-8865 or 802-457-2121," according to court officials. From November 5 onward, all in-person and remote hearings for the Superior Court will take place in Woodstock.
Meanwhile, the Judicial Bureau will be moved to a new location at 55 Railroad Row, Suite 1 in White River Junction. To accommodate this transition, the Judicial Bureau will not be open to the public from November 1 through November 6. It is scheduled to reopen on November 7 at its new address.
Limited customer service for the Superior Court will also be available at the new Railroad Row location. This site will facilitate drop-offs of filings and pickups of forms for both Family and Probate Divisions.
