Attorney General's Office, Mass State Police, Winchester Police Announce the Indictment of Two Winchester Men on Various Charges

Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell, Massachusetts State Police Colonel Geoffrey Noble and Winchester Police Chief Daniel O’Connell announce the indictment of two Winchester men on various charges.

On September 30, 2024, David Ferrick, 67, was arraigned on thirteen Middlesex County indictments including three counts of possession of child pornography, two counts of reckless endangerment of a child, two counts of posing a child in the nude, two counts of conspiracy, incest, indecent A&B under 14, trafficking a person for sexual servitude and photographing an unsuspecting person in the nude. 

On October 17, 2024, Bradford Ferrick, 33, son of David, was arraigned on ten Middlesex County indictments including two counts of reckless endangerment of a child, two counts of posing a child in the nude, two counts of conspiracy, indecent A&B under 14, trafficking a person for sexual servitude, photographing an unsuspecting person in the nude and tampering with a record, document, or other object for use in an official proceeding.

Bradford Ferrick faces an upcoming arraignment in Franklin County on one indictment charging photographing an unsuspecting person in the nude. 

In 2022, Bradford began a medical residency at Baystate Franklin Family Medicine, including rotations at facilities in Greenfield, Deerfield and Springfield. 

This investigation began on February 13, 2023, and has been jointly investigated by the Attorney General’s Office, Massachusetts State Police Cyber Crime Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Winchester Police Department, and FBI Boston’s Child Exploitation – Human Trafficking Task Force.
