Richard Kalson will speak on the “Differing Site Conditions and Contractual Provisions in the Americas” panel for the Deep Foundations Institute and Society of Construction Law-North America. Rick will discuss differing site conditions (DSC) in South America, the US, and Canada and provide an overview of the legal framework to assess DSC. Rick will also discuss key contract clauses and judicial decisions, provide key differences between jurisdictions, and feature case studies to highlight the importance of each of the clauses.
