Smith, Gambrell & Russell LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce the relocation of its Chicago office to 155 North Wacker Dr. SGR will occupy 57,000 square feet of state-of-the-art office space spanning the building’s 30th and 31st floors beginning in early 2026.
Developed in 2009 by the John Buck Company, 155 North Wacker offers cutting-edge business features and outstanding energy efficiency. The firm’s Chicago office opened in 2022 when the firm combined with Figliulo & Silverman, P.C. and grew significantly through a combination with Freeborn & Peters LLP in 2023. SGR’s current Chicago office is located at 311 S. Wacker, where the former Freeborn & Peters LLP had maintained its offices since 1992.
