Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli recently advised DERM-JES Holdings in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of DermTech, Inc., a leader in non-invasive skin genomic dermatology testing solutions. The company will operate as DermTech, LLC. The acquisition was made pursuant to a bankruptcy court-approved auction process pursuant to which DERM-JES Holdings’ purchase was approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Polsinelli’s deal team comprised Shareholders Frank C. Koranda, Jeremy R. Johnson, Trinitee G. Green and Daniel M. Kronberg.
