Bradley is pleased to announce that partner Brooks R. Smith has authored a treatise on real property law in the state of Tennessee.
The publication Tennessee Real Property Law and Practice, published by LexisNexis/Matthew Bender, discusses estates in land, deeds and conveyances, leasing, the recording system, title, and title insurance, as well as the important role that a real estate broker plays in navigating these issues. Mr. Smith is working on the next volume addressing real estate finance and foreclosure and will provide annual updates. The publication is available for purchase here.
Mr. Smith has experience with all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, joint ventures, and development projects.
