Representatives from the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office will be available to meet with citizens on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. The Mobile Office hours are scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Peterson Activity Center in Kearney.
During this time, citizens can submit concerns directly to the office and pick up Consumer Protection Kits aimed at reducing scams and identity theft, which are among the top consumer complaints in Nebraska.
Additionally, a free presentation on identity theft prevention will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Ryan Sothan, Outreach Coordinator for the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office, will lead the session. Community members will have an opportunity to ask questions following the presentation.
No registration is required for attendance, and all community members are welcome at both the Mobile Office and the presentation at 2020 W 11th Street, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
