Attorney General Miyares announces 18th Annual Legal Food Frenzy winners
RICHMOND, Va. – Attorney General Jason Miyares announced the winners of the 18th Annual Legal Food Frenzy. This year, the Virginia legal community raised roughly $300,000, equivalent to more than 1.2 million meals for food banks across Virginia.
The Legal Food Frenzy is a friendly competition and tradition among various law firms and legal entities in Virginia to raise money for local food banks. For the fourth consecutive year, the Law Office of James Steele, PLLC in Roanoke was awarded the Attorney General’s Cup. This honor is given to the firm that donates the most per employee.
The event has collectively raised nearly $300,000 this year alone and approximately 25 million pounds of food over its 18-year history.
