The Arizona Attorney General’s Office is seeking information related to an active investigation of Dr. Mehul P. Dixit, who practiced pediatric nephrology between 2000 and 2005 at the Tucson Medical Center and the University of Arizona Health and Sciences Center in Tucson, Arizona.
The Special Investigations Section of the Attorney General's Office initiated an investigation after receiving allegations that Dr. Dixit engaged in sexual conduct with a minor during his medical practice in Tucson.
The office is concerned there may be additional victims and is asking any victims or witnesses to come forward if they have relevant information regarding misconduct by Dr. Dixit while he was practicing in Arizona.
