Attorney General Kris Mayes released an unredacted copy of the indictment issued in late April by the State Grand Jury. This is part of the ongoing investigation into the alleged fake elector scheme in Arizona.
The indictment names Rudolph Giuliani, Mark Meadows, John Eastman, Boris Epshteyn, Christina Bobb, Jenna Ellis, Michael Roman, Kelli Ward, Tyler Bowyer, Nancy Cottle, Jacob Hoffman, Anthony Kern, James Lamon, Robert Montgomery, Samuel Moorhead, Lorraine Pellegrino, Gregory Safsten and Michael Ward as defendants.
The charges brought against these individuals include fraud, forgery and conspiracy – class 2, 4 and 5 felonies.
It should be noted that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and convicted by a jury of their peers.
