Greenberg Traurig’s Harold N. Iselin Recognized on City & State’s ‘Health Care Power 100’

 Harold N. Iselin, managing shareholder of the Albany office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP and co-chair of the firm’s Government Law & Policy Practice, was recognized on City & State’s “Health Care Power 100” 2024 list.

According to the publication, the “Health Care Power 100” list honors influential “decision-makers in the medical world in New York, including prominent public officials, hospital and health care executives, heads of nonprofit providers, union leaders, academics, advocates, and activists.” City & State notes, “Iselin is a key player in the Health Care & FDA Practice, using his acknowledged expertise to navigate complex regulatory issues and an ever-changing marketplace for clients in managed care and insurance transactions.”

Iselin focuses his practice on governmental affairs, health care, and insurance matters, representing diverse clients before the New York State executive branch and state legislature. He also has represented numerous clients in managed care and insurance transactions, often involving complex regulatory issues. Iselin has received many accolades for his legal work and was named “Lawyer of the Year” for Health Care Law in the 2019 edition of Best Lawyers in America. Additionally, he has been listed in multiple editions of The Legal 500 United States, Health Care - Health Insurers and has appeared in City & State’s “Health Care Power 100” list since 2020.

Iselin and the health care team advise health care clients on a broad range of complex transactional and regulatory matters and regularly work with the firm’s Government Law & Policy Practice to develop strategies that sit at the intersection of legislative politics, executive priorities, and regulatory issues.
