WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Legal Newsline) – A woman blames security guards at the Rib Roundup in Florida for injuries she sustained in a fight over seats.

Jamie Delena filed a complaint Oct. 13 in Palm Beach County Circuit Court against Live Nation Worldwide Inc.

According to Delena's complaint, she was attending the "Rib Round Up" at iTHINK Financial Amphitheater on March 4. She claims her friend, Kristin Lohman, had purchased six tickets in section eight for her and Lohman's other friends.

Delena further alleges that another attendee was occupying one of the seats purchased by Lohman and that Live Nation personnel refused to assist her to resolve the issue of the seat.

She claims a verbal altercation then led to a fight that led to Delena and the Lohan party being violently pushed, punched and kicked. Delena alleges Live Nation failed to properly train its security personnel despite numerous altercations at other events hosted by Live Nation.

Delena seeks monetary relief of more than $50,000, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by W. David Bennett of The Bodden & Bennett Law Group in Boynton Beach.
