Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is proud to announce that its Health Care & Life Sciences; Employment, Labor & Workforce Management; and Litigation & Business Disputes practices have again received national and regional recognition in the U.S. News – Best Lawyers® 2024 “Best Law Firms” survey. EBG’s focused excellence in these core practice areas have earned seven rankings in the National Tiers, and forty-seven rankings in the Metropolitan Tiers throughout the country, as outlined below.
Firms included in the 2024 edition are recognized for professional excellence with consistently impressive ratings from clients and peers. Ranked firms, presented in three tiers, are listed on a national and regional-based scale. Firms that receive a tier designation reflect the high level of respect a firm can earn among other leading lawyers and clients in the same communities and practice areas.
“These rankings–our first independently published rankings and 14th edition–serve as a true North Star for the industry,” said Best Lawyers CEO Phillip Greer. “We know that the legal profession–like so many industries today–is undergoing a transformation led by proliferating technology, global demands and evolving social norms. Through these rankings, we can not only identify the gamechangers for law firms today, but also focus on key issues such as integrating AI and addressing DE&I that are positioning them and the profession for future success.”
To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have a lawyer recognized first in The Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top 5 percent of practicing attorneys in the United States. The rankings incorporate evaluations from individual leading lawyers and clients, peer review, and additional information provided by the firm, which were then subject to a rigorous and thorough evaluation process.
