Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Rory G. Greebel to the New York office as a partner in the Litigation Department.

Given his broad knowledge and diverse client base, Rory will be an excellent addition to our growing New York litigation team.”
Greebel represents clients in state and federal courts and in a variety of alternative dispute resolution forums. He regularly handles contractual disputes between businesses, restrictive covenant matters, multimillion-dollar real estate litigation, accountants’ litigation and investigatory matters when responding to civil and criminal subpoenas on both the state and federal level. His clients include accounting firms, business managers, closely held corporations, real estate development firms, construction companies and municipalities.
In addition to his litigation background, Greebel assists clients with drafting a broad range of commercial agreements including operating and shareholders’ agreements.
Greebel earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Emory University.
