Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Steven M. Jensen to the firm's Boston office as counsel in the Intellectual Property Department.
Jensen has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, working for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, law firms and most recently as in-house counsel for a medical device company. He handles patent preparation and prosecution and manages intellectual property portfolios for companies in the United States, Europe and Asia. He also prepares patent infringement and validity opinions and conducts due diligence reviews and audits of intellectual property assets.
Jensen has counseled clients in a variety of industries, including automotive systems and components; fuel cells, autonomous vehicles and hybrid electric drivetrains; semiconductors; medical device technology; consumer electronics; telecommunications; image processing devices; defense and intelligence electronics; computer hardware, software and network architecture; mobile devices; electronic games; and agricultural machinery.
He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois.
