Krishana Pleasant Named Fellow of American College of Mortgage Attorneys

Krishana Pleasant, a New York-based member of Ballard Spahr’s national Finance Department, has been named a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA).

Ms. Pleasant has nearly two decades of experience in real estate finance. She is known for her work in affordable housing finance and agency finance. She works extensively with clients involved in mixed-use, multifamily, seniors housing, condominium, retail, office, industrial, and hotel developments. Her clients include real estate investors, developers, lenders, and private business owners.

The ACMA’s 2023 class of Fellows is among the largest and most diverse in the organization’s nearly five-decades-long history. As a preeminent organization of private practice and in-house commercial real estate finance lawyers, ACMA supports enhancement of Fellows’ professional excellence, national business networks, and lasting collegial relationships. Ms. Pleasant joins Ballard Spahr Partners Amy L. Arndt, Dominic J. De Simone, Thomas A. Hauser, Benjamin A. Kelley, Anna A. Mahaney, and Alan S. Ritterband, all of whom are ACMA Fellows.
