Wesley R. Robinson, a Business and Transactions Partner in Ballard Spahr’s Phoenix office, has been elected to the board of the Association for Corporate Growth–Arizona Chapter.
Mr. Robinson also is ACG Arizona’s Young Dealmaker Co-Chair. In his practice, he represents public and private clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising and other corporate governance matters. He counsels clients in connection with strategic M&A, distressed M&A, private equity, and emerging growth and venture capital transactions. He also participates in the Ballard Academy for Student Entrepreneurs (BASE) Camp program, which provides pro bono legal services to student entrepreneurs.
