Mcnees Elects Two New Members

 McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC today announced the election of two of its attorneys to membership status.

Langdon T. Ramsburg and Claudia N. Shank were elected as the firm’s newest members.

“Langdon and Claudia are both incredibly talented attorneys who have brought tremendous value to their clients and our firm,” McNees Chair Brian Jackson said. “It is my privilege to welcome them to our membership ranks.”

Ramsburg counsels clients on a variety of labor and employment matters, including labor relations and compliance issues. Ramsburg’s clients span a range of industries, including municipal government, construction, manufacturing, food and beverage, entertainment, and higher education.

He regularly represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and federal and state courts. He also has extensive experience in conducting internal investigations. Ramsburg is based in McNees’ Harrisburg office.

Shank is a member of McNees’ Real Estate, Construction & Procurement Group and the Public Finance & Government Services Group. She represents individuals and developers before municipalities in land use, zoning and permitting matters, and she assists clients in a variety of real estate transactions.

A former assistant county solicitor, Shank also regularly counsels counties on a variety of legal issues, including compliance with the Pennsylvania County Code, the Sunshine Act and the Right to Know Law. She is based in McNees’ Lancaster office.
