Siegal represents individuals and businesses — particularly in the financial, health care, technology and government contracting industries — in state and federal trial and appellate courts, in arbitration and before government agencies. His nationwide practice focuses on commercial disputes, government investigations and regulatory proceedings, white-collar criminal defense and regulatory compliance issues.Siegal also provides legal counsel to clients on corporate matters, including equity agreements, non-disclosure and separation agreements, merger and acquisition agreements and private stock sales. He has particular experience handling legal matters for clients in states with intricate regulatory environments, including New York, California and Florida.
He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University School of Law and B.A., magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University.Prior to joining Fox, Siegal was a member of McGlinchey Stafford.
