Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Rochelle L. Haller to our Seattle office as a partner in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department.
“Rochelle brings more than two decades of combined experience as an attorney and private wealth management professional advising high-net-worth individuals, families and business executives on wealth preservation and succession planning,” said Fox’s Seattle Office Managing Partner Gavin W. Skok. “She is a valuable addition to the team and we are excited to welcome her to the firm.”
Haller represents clients in a wide variety of estate and tax planning matters as well as probate and trust administration. She works closely with clients' financial advisers and bankers to support their estate, trust, charitable giving and business succession plans. She also counsels high-net-worth individuals, including athletes and entertainers, on pre- and postnuptial planning.
Active in several professional organizations, Haller is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel where she serves on the Digital Assets Committee. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, New York Bar Association, King County Bar Association, Estate Planning Counsel of Seattle and the Uniform Law Commission.
She earned her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School and B.A. from Washington State University.
