Four Marshall Dennehey Attorneys Selected 2022 “Top Lawyers” by Delaware Today Magazine

Marshall Dennehey announced today that four attorneys from the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office have been selected 2022 “Top Lawyers” by Delaware magazine. The recognized attorneys are Bradley J. Goewert and Thomas J. Marcoz, Jr. for medical malpractice defense; and Benjamin K. Durstein and Keri L. Morris-Johnston for workers’ compensation employer defense. 

Bradley J. Goewert is a shareholder and the supervising attorney for the Health Care Liability Practice Group in the Wilmington office. With 30 years of medical malpractice litigation experience, he defends physicians, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes and other health care liability matters involving large exposure and complex cases. 

Shareholder Thomas J. Marcoz, Jr. focuses on medical malpractice litigation, including  long-term care, nursing home and dental insurance defense. He has handled multiple cases before Delaware professional regulatory boards, including the Board of Medicine, the Board of Nursing, the Board of Dentistry, the Board of Veterinary Medicine and the Board of Social Work Examiners.

Benjamin K. Durstein is an associate in the Workers’ Compensation Department where he represents employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in the defense of workers' compensation claims before the Industrial Accident Board and Delaware courts.

Shareholder Keri L. Morris-Johnston focuses her practice on workers' compensation and employment law defense, in addition to federal employment law defense. She represents clients across numerous industries, including health care, automotive, retail and more. She also handles matters for non-profits and fast food franchises, and advises clients in relation to owner-controlled insurance policies.
