Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Joel R. White to its Greensboro office as counsel in the Labor & Employment Department.
Formerly a senior field attorney with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), White draws on a decade of experience investigating and litigating unfair labor practice claims to advise clients in union organizing, collective-bargaining and other labor matters before state and federal courts and various administrative agencies.
White also counsels clients on a wide range of workplace issues, including wage and hour law, discrimination and harassment policies and prevention, employee corrective action and termination, reasonable accommodations for disabilities and religion, leaves of absence, personnel policies, employee handbooks and health and safety matters.
He earned his J.D. from University of North Carolina School of Law and B.A., summa cum laude, from East Carolina University.
