Bradley is pleased to announce that Kim Bessiere Martin has been appointed to a second consecutive term as chair of the Corporate Compliance and Government Enforcement Action Committee of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC).

Ms. Martin focuses her practice on general litigation with an emphasis on medical device and pharmaceutical products liability litigation, as well as white collar matters and False Claims Act litigation. She has significant experience trying cases in state and federal court and has served as trial counsel in a three-month False Claims Act trial brought by the Department of Justice, which resulted in a summary judgment for her client. Ms. Martin has also worked with multi-national pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers across the country and has served on a national team defending a major pharmaceutical company in multi-district litigation throughout the United States.
Ms. Martin is nationally ranked in Chambers USA for Product Liability & Mass Torts and has been listed among the “Top 250 Women in Litigation” by Benchmark Litigation since 2019. She has also been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2010 and in Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2013.
