Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Paul A. Rosenthal to the Morristown, NJ office as a partner in the Litigation Department.

Rosenthal has extensive experience representing clients in complex class actions and consolidated matters in state and federal court, arbitration and mediation. A Certified Information Professional/US by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Rosenthal advises clients on data privacy-related policy drafting and provides due diligence compliance reviews and transactional support addressing privacy security laws and regulations.
Rosenthal spent time in-house at an international consumer products company and leverages that experience to provide practical solutions to his client’s questions. He represents businesses in federal and state investigations and performs consumer protection due diligence and audits related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR); assists software providers, vendors and cloud-based platform and solution providers in developing processes to manage responses to consumer inquiries, litigation claims and third-party subpoenas; and works with companies on drafting and editing relevant terms of use, privacy policies and internal policy documents.
He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and B.A. from Middlebury College.
Prior to joining Fox, he was a partner at Kelley Drye & Warren.
