Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Jeanette E. McPherson to the Las Vegas office as a partner in the Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Department.
“Jeanette has more than three decades of experience working with financially distressed clients in Nevada, navigating a variety of complex restructuring and bankruptcy matters,” said Brett A. Axelrod, Fox’s Las Vegas Office Managing Partner. “We are thrilled to welcome her to our growing bankruptcy team on the West coast.”
Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, McPherson devotes her practice to matters involving financial restructuring, bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, insolvency and liquidation matters, as well as state and federal receiverships.
McPherson often represents creditors, debtors, trustees, creditors’ committees and receivers, and has been involved in some of the most significant bankruptcy cases filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada. She also helps clients efficiently resolve complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
McPherson authors materials for various bankruptcy journals and publications. She earned her J.D. from Capital University Law School and B.A. from Capital University.
Prior to joining Fox, she served as managing partner of Schwartzer and McPherson in Las Vegas.
