Morgan Lewis partner Laurie Cerveny has been named to The Deal’s Top Women in Dealmaking list for 2022.
The annual honor recognizes women in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring, and activist investing who have demonstrated excellence in their respective practices and who are “setting the bar for the next generation of attorneys.”
