Morgan Lewis partner Robin Nunn has been elected as a fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers (ACCFSL), recognizing her experience, preeminence in the field, and repeated and substantial contributions to the promotion of learning and scholarship in consumer financial services law.
ACCFSL is an invitation-only fellowship established to promote public understanding of consumer financial services law and to advance its quality of practice. Members include academics, current and former federal and state regulatory and enforcement officers, authors in the field, private practitioners, counsel for financial institutions and other service providers, and representatives of consumer protection organizations.
As co-leader of the firm’s banking industry team, Robin has experience gained in private practice as well as working in-house for Fortune 500 companies. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, enforcement litigation, white collar defense, transactional due diligence, creation and review of corporate compliance programs, and investigations. She also counsels on novel issues connected to new communication technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, payments, artificial intelligence, and big data.
Robin and the 2022 class of ACCFSL fellows were inducted April 2 at an annual dinner held in conjunction with the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s spring meeting in Atlanta.
