NEW YORK (Legal Newsline) - A new lawsuit alleges the mechanical bull exhibit at the Museum of Sex isn't all that enjoyable.
Katherin Cruz sued the Museum of Sex on March 24 in New York County Supreme Court, alleging she suffered "serious personal and permanent injuries." The museum's mission is to preserve and present the history of human sexuality.
But Cruz says she broke her right knee there as a result of a slip and fall "due to a dangerous condition located in the mechanical bull exhibit."
She alleges the museum negligently maintained its premises and failed to provide her with equipment to "avoid and/or traverse the... dangerous condition."
Cruz is represented by Kyle McLaughlin.
