Archer is pleased to announce that Alexis B. Batten has joined the firm as a partner in its Public Finance Group. Alexis brings 15 years of experience in public finance transactions. Based in Archer’s Red Bank office, Alexis will continue to serve as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel in connection with a wide range of financings for municipalities, counties, school districts, public agencies and authorities throughout New Jersey.

Alexis is Vice President of the Cape May County Bar Foundation and Past President of the Cape May County Bar Association. Alexis received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
