Richard Hills, an experienced attorney who advises financial institutions in a broad range of regulatory and transactional matters, has joined Troutman Pepper’s nationally recognized financial services team.
Hills is based in Nashville, TN and advises banks, financial technology companies, and other financial services providers with formations, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, corporate governance, and a host of complex regulatory issues. He also has extensive experience representing financial institutions in examinations, investigations, and enforcement proceedings before federal and state regulatory agencies.
Earlier this month, Troutman Pepper welcomed seven top consumer financial services partners to the firm’s financial services practice. The practice provides a full range of transactional, litigation, enforcement, and regulatory compliance services to national, regional, and community financial institutions, consumer and commercial lenders, payment processors, fintech companies, and a host of other financial services providers.
