Bradley Arant Boult Cummings issued the following announcement on Jan. 10.
Bradley is pleased to announce that Giovanni Giarratana, an attorney in the firm’s Tampa office, has been elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF).
“We congratulate Gio on his selection as a Fellow of the prestigious American Bar Foundation,” said Bradley Tampa Office Managing Partner Craig Mayfield. “Gio is a fantastic addition to ABF, and he joins an impressive list of other Bradley attorneys who also serve as Fellows.”
A member of Bradley’s Government Enforcements & Investigations Practice Group, Mr. Giarratana assists clients faced with civil and criminal investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance issues across various industries. He also has experience representing clients in complex litigation and issues related to securities fraud, shareholder disputes, employment discrimination, and patent infringement.
The ABF Fellows is a global honorary society that recognizes attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities. Membership in the Fellows is limited to one percent (1%) of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Members are nominated by their peers and elected by the ABF board. The Fellows support the research of the ABF through annual contributions and sponsor seminars and events of direct relevance to the legal profession. The independent, nonprofit ABF seeks to advance the understanding and improvement of law through research projects on the most pressing issues facing the legal system in the United States and the world.
