Bradley Partner J. David Pugh Re-Elected To Associated Builders And Contractors Executive Committee

Bradley is pleased to announce that J. David Pugh, a partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, has been elected to a second two-year term as the Southeast Region chair on the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Executive Committee.

ABC, the national construction industry trade association that helps more than 21,000 members and represents all specialties within the U.S. construction industry, is comprised primarily of firms that perform work in the industrial and commercial sectors.

“We are proud of David’s continued leadership in the construction industry at the national level and the remarkable work he does with ABC and for the firm’s clients,” said Bradley Birmingham Office Managing Partner Dawn Helms Sharff.

A member of Bradley’s Construction Practice Group, Mr. Pugh represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, insurers, and sureties throughout the United States and has experience with both private and government construction projects. He has advised clients at every stage of a construction project and drafted and negotiated contracts for large-scale projects. Mr. Pugh has participated in trials, hearings, appellate arguments, mediations and arbitrations throughout the country and has argued before the United States Supreme Court.
