Kimberly is an adept workplace investigator, which allows her to manage investigative matters and written responses to administrative proceedings, including charges from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and complaints from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Federal Housing Administration. Similarly, she regularly conducts internal investigations regarding allegations of wrongdoing, including claims of discrimination and harassment.
